AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE DISCLOSURES AND CONSENT ELECTRONICALLY 

This document describes the conditions of your agreement to electronically receive disclosures relating to, and to use an electronic signature to provide your consent to receive, certain phone calls, text messages and e-mails from Agios (collectively, the “Communications”). Please read the information below carefully and thoroughly.  

Scope of your consent; withdrawing your consent; consequences of withdrawal

Your agreement relates only to your electronic consent to receive the Communications, and you may withdraw your agreement to provide electronic consent with respect to the Communications at any time. You may contact us to withdraw your consent by using the information below.

If you withdraw your consent to receive required disclosures or notices relating to the Communications electronically, that may slow the speed at which we can communicate changes to you. You will not be charged a fee to receive such disclosures or notices in an alternative format.
