STATUTORY PRICE DISCLOSURES FOR COLORADO PRESCRIBERS
This information is intended for Colorado Prescribers. In accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes Section 12-280-308, Agios is disclosing wholesale acquisition cost (“WAC”) pricing information for its marketed products. WAC represents published catalogue or list prices and may not represent actual transactional prices. The price a consumer pays may differ from the price listed depending on, for example, how the customer purchases the product, the availability of discounts, the wholesaler/distributor, or other charges. Listed pricing information does not imply safety or efficacy of the product, and no comparisons should be made.
Colorado law also requires manufacturers to provide the names of generic prescription drugs from the same “therapeutic class” which is defined as, “similar drugs that have the same or similar mechanisms of action and are used to treat a specific condition.” This list does not imply that the products are interchangeable or have the same efficacy or safety. Please refer to each product’s FDA-approved label and indication for further information.
